A charming Irish cynic, Alan Power is renowned for his skewed, irreverent way of looking at life as a recovering Catholic and a man who is not entirely sure of his place in the world. Born and raised in Waterford, Ireland, he moved to London in 2005 and resorted to comedy as a way of dealing with the pains of growing up in a small Irish city. He is so brutally honest about his own shortcomings and his long list of crippling fears that you're sure to find a bit of yourself in some of the yarns he spins.

Alan began writing and acting in comedy theatre in 2007 and has since made the leap to stand up where he has been plying his comedic wares across the UK and has just returned from his first successful Edinburgh Fringe as a comic. Also, lets face it... he has a bloody great name!
